Dennis Quinn-Bio

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Business and Marketing.

He spent 25 years in the fresh produce industry as a distributor to foodservice and institutional customers. Dennis became President of Freshpoint Produce in Orlando, Florida. He took over operations in Huston, Texas and then Denver, CO.

Dennis left the food industry in 2002 and started a career in high end residential real estate. He sold mostly executive clients, relocations and custom new builds representing builders. At the same time, He explored the world of assisted living and identified the future potential of baby

boomers and America’s aging population.

Dennis purchased his first 8 bed assisted living home and two years later opened a second home. Since then he has grown to two 16 bed homes and is in the process of developing two 64 bed homes and several senior independent living environments, and he is also developing a low-income Medicaid home.
